Mr. Shapiro was a litigation associate at the Wall Street law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel, in New York, New York for five years prior to opening a successful civil litigation law practice. With 30-years’ extensive experience in litigating in both state and federal courts, Mr. Shapiro’s practice focus is corporate finance and security, civil litigation, including commercial litigation, intellectual property, employment, torts, and product liability.
